Place of Performance:

Performs work at the offices of JSP customers within: The Pentagon. Work may also be performed at other locations: Crystal City, and The Mark Center as needed.


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Information Technology or related discipline, is required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in providing strategic planning, concept development and requirements analysis for organization transformation that includes a working knowledge of the DoD and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) standards, processes and systems required for asset management, property accountability, logistics, supply chain management, as well as a functional understanding of the Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) organizations.
  • Relevant experience in consulting or program or project management related to planning and technology implementation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience using the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Property Book Unit Supply Enhance (PBUSE), or Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) at the Accountable Property Officer Level.
  • Through knowledge of governing logistics and supply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions applicable to the specific assignment.
  • Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstructing records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support for activities involving specialized or unique supplies, equipment, or parts.
  • Experience performing routine aspects of logistics and supply work based on practical knowledge of standard procedures, where assignments include individual case problems related to a limited segment in one of the major areas of supply management.


  • DPAS certified or complete DPAS training within 10 business days of hire date.
