Job Summary:

This position is employed by the contractor. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. Strong attention to detail is essential. And will perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.


a) US Citizen

b) Minimum of 3-5 years of recent experience

c) Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy

d) Strong administrative skills

e) Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person

f) Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills

g) Proficient in Microsoft Office

h) Demonstrated ability with the English language in reading, writing and oral communication.
