Job Summary:

Manages all aspects of operations of facilities maintenance, warehouse, fleets/mechanics and administrative support. The Program Manager will serve as the interface between DSW and contract personnel and shall ensure tasks are completed with the highest standards of quality and best in class customer service.

Essential Functions:

  1. Meet with the COR and provide a weekly update on work completed and on progress of any ongoing projects.
  2. Resolves personnel issues/problems and ensures training, certifications, license, and any other deadlines are up to date.
  3. Ensure all requirements of the Performance Work Statement are filled with the qualified personnel.
  4. Report all issues to the COR. If unresolved or COR not available report to the Contracting Officer.
  5. Responds to inquiries about projects.
  6. Planning and managing the project professionally
  7. Ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources.
  8. Ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided
  9. Ensure cost saving factors and quality controls are used to ensure work is performed as scheduled, and at a fair and reasonable cost.
  10. Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and providing corrective-actions to employees when it arises. Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Must have a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience; including at least two (2) years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent or Bachelor's degree.
  • Understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and Adobe programs.

Clearance:

Active security clearance preferred.

Travel:

Ability to travel if necessary
