Job Summary:

Coordinate and oversee contract's corporate quality control and safety programs. Implement and monitor corporate directives through 90 day planned audits. Complete daily inspections and prepare hazard analysis for submittal. Ensure testing is performed in accordance with specifications. Oversee the successful quality and safety on multiple projects.

Qualifications:

  • US Citizen
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience in management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations.
  • Demonstrated ability with the English language in reading, writing and oral communication.

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma
